We are
dedicated to early intervention in chronic kidney
disease ( CKD). We strive to deliver excellence in
preventative kidney care with a goal to preserve and
maintain kidney function as long as possible.
We
offer comprehensive management of high blood pressure,
kidney stone risk, bone mineral disorders of chronic
kidney disease and anemia associated with CKD.
If
kidney function does decline, we are here to help ensure
a smooth transition to dialysis or transplantation. In
the management of chronic kidney disease we are with you
all the way.

consultants to ensure delivery of optimum care to our
